An espresso blend, made up of three varieties of Arabica coffee: - Brazil Yellow Bourbon variety - Fazenda Rainha, in Mogiana; cultivated at an altitude of 1100 - 1500 mt., these coffee beans are extracted from the drupe using a technique known as pulped natural. - Nicaragua - Caturra, Java variety- Finca Limoncillo, harvested at altitudes of 850 - 1150 mt. and treated with the wet process. - Ethiopia - Long Berry variety- cultivated at an altitude of 1850 mt. in the Zege region: once the drupes are manually harvested and selected, they are processed using natural methods.
